GVWS Support

GovIS Victim Witness System Annual Maintenance and Support plan provides one major release and four quarterly minor releases, which may include bug fixes, minor enhancements, and regulatory compliance changes. The plan also provides technical support via:

    When a support request message is sent, a support case is automatically created and managed by GovIS Support.
  • GovIS mySupport portal with account/support management, downloads, and user community forums. To access the GovIS mySupport portal, login with your customer User Name and Password, and then select one of the mySupport menu options in the Support menu above.
